Sergey Yun made a presentation at the third International University Cities Forum “University and city in the age of global challenges” (November 28-30, 2018)
One of the main events of the third International University Cities Forum “University and city in the age of global challenges” was the roundtable “University as a global actor in regional processes” on November 29, 2018. Olga Kalachikova, associate professor of the TSU Institute of Economics and Management acted as a moderator.
Sergey Yun, the head of the TSU MA program 'Eurasian integration', made a presentation about TSU as a center for the training of the specialists in Eurasian integration. He described the experience of developing the MA program based on the market demand (for what types of organizations and for which positions should it train students). Sergey Yun also raised the issue of the prospective customers for the expert analytics from TSU Center for Eurasian Studies.
The representatives of the Center for Eurasian Studies’ partner organizations also participated in the round table: Alexander Belyaev, Director of the Foreign Economic Ectivities Development Center, Tomsk Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and Eduard Belyaev, Director of the Tomsk branch, Eurasian Cooperation Development Foundation.
