TSU and Tomsk CCI: joint training of export progessionals

Tomsk State University and Tomsk Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Tomsk CCI) signed a partnership agreement aimed at the development the cooperation in staff training and retraining, research and technology development activities.

The agreement between TSU and Tomsk CCI was signed on the initiative of the TSU Master’s program 'Eurasian integration'. “In particular, the agreement assumes the participation of the leading specialists of the Tomsk Chamber of Commerce and Industry in teaching and organizing students’ project work. It also gives the students the possibility to undergo internship at the Tomsk CCI, and envisages its involvement in the setting the topic and preparation of students’ research papers, - explains the head of the program Sergey Yun. – In accordance with the agreement, Eduard Belyaev, international trade adviser of Tomsk CCI, will organize an educational internship for our students, which will include the development of the export project on the basis of the specifications from Tomsk companies.

Tomsk Chamber of Commerce is a non governmental, non-profit organization, affiliated to the system of Chambers of Commerce in Russia. Currently the members of the Tomsk CCI are 220 companies and organizations which include the leading large enterprises, building contractors of Tomsk region, the firms that are representatives of the small and medium business, public organizations and associations. They represent almost all industries: chemical, engineering, woodworking, pharmaceutical, and retail, construction, small and medium business.
